THE BEGINNING HAS NO END:
A CELEBRATION OF RUNNING CULTURE

The fusion and evolution of design and sport is a never-ending and accelerating cycle: yesterday's runner becomes today's fashion retro. Inspired by these overlapping ideas, Heartbreak teamed up with New Balance to create a special event called The Beginning Has No End.

Select artists were seeded retro sneakers to use as a canvas to create something new. Heartbreak South End was transformed into a gallery to celebrate New Balance Running’s past and point towards their future, the Fuel Cell Racer.

Guests enjoyed the gallery while also cheering for local run crews racing in a pop-up 4x800M street race.
